Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

Due to the nature of digital products, we unfortunately cannot give a refund or cancel your order for a change of mind.

In accordance with EU Regulation 2019/2161, consumers who make online purchases normally have a 14-day withdrawal period during which they can cancel the contract without providing any reason.

However, when purchasing digital content delivered by immediate download (such as sewing patterns, PDF files, software, etc.), the right of withdrawal may no longer apply if the following conditions are met:

  • the consumer has given explicit consent to start the supply of the digital content before the withdrawal period has ended;

  • the consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal once the supply has begun;

  • the seller has provided an order confirmation, including information about the loss of the right of withdrawal, as required by Articles 50(2) and 51(7) of the Consumer Code.

By purchasing digital content on this website and starting the immediate download, you expressly agree to the early supply of the product and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

Because the products we offer are digital and cannot be returned, your purchase is only eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same pattern twice
    We’ll gladly refund any duplicate purchase. Just contact us and include your order details.

  • There is a technical issue with the product
    If you encounter a reproducible technical problem with the file that cannot be resolved, please contact us with a detailed explanation. Refunds will only be considered when sufficient information is provided about how the issue occurs.

  • The product was misrepresented in the description
    A product is considered misrepresented if the actual content does not match the functions or features described, or if an item clearly stated as included is missing. Personal opinions about design or quality do not qualify as misrepresentation.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund get approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
